Crafty Mutt creates handmade and personalised knitwear, clothing, gifts and accessories for babies and children.

2. Ordering

By placing an order you confirm that:

You are at least 18 years of age or have permission from a parent or guardian.
All information you provide is accurate and complete.
You have carefully checked all personalisation details before submitting your order.

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where necessary, including where pricing errors or product availability issues occur.

3. Personalised Products

Many of our products are handmade and personalised specifically for you.

It is your responsibility to ensure that:

Names are spelt correctly.
Dates and wording are accurate.
Colours, sizes and options selected are correct.

Crafty Mutt cannot be held responsible for errors caused by incorrect information supplied by the customer.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

Prices are subject to change without prior notice but any changes will not affect orders already placed.

Delivery charges are calculated separately during checkout where applicable.

5. Payment

Payment is required in full before production of your order begins.

Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Crafty Mutt does not store your payment card information.

6. Handmade Items

Every item is individually handmade.

Because of this, slight variations in:

embroidery placement
stitching
yarn texture
fabric finish
sizing (within reasonable tolerance)

are normal and make each piece unique. These are not considered faults.

7. Product Images & Colours

We make every effort to display our products accurately.

However, colours may vary slightly due to:

monitor or mobile screen settings
lighting
supplier photography
natural differences in materials

Images are provided for illustration purposes and may not exactly match the finished product.

8. Production Times

As products are handmade, production times may vary depending on demand.

Estimated dispatch times shown on the website are approximate and not guaranteed.

If there is likely to be a significant delay, we will contact you as soon as possible.

9. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier.

Once your order has been dispatched, delays caused by the courier are outside our control.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Additional postage costs resulting from incorrect addresses may be payable by the customer.

As most products are personalised and made to order, they cannot normally be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

11. Intellectual Property

All photographs, logos, product designs, website content and branding remain the property of Crafty Mutt unless otherwise stated.

They may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.

12. Website Use

You agree not to:

misuse this website;
attempt to gain unauthorised access;
upload malicious software;
interfere with the operation of the website.

We reserve the right to suspend access where misuse is suspected.

13. Limitation of Liability

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Subject to applicable law, Crafty Mutt shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products.
